Returning a product? No problem.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. You can easily register your return via our portal:

Please always return the product together with the printed RMA form. Unfortunately, we cannot process the return shipment without this form

Return conditions in brief:
– Cancel within 14 days without giving a reason
– You may inspect the item as you would in a store
– Refund after receipt and inspection
– Return shipping costs are for the customer
– Refund via the same payment method
– Returns of products that have been installed or show damage from mounting will not be accepted. In that case, the return costs are at the buyer’s expense

Tip:
Always keep your track & trace. We cannot issue a refund without proof of shipment.

When does the warranty expire?
– Self-made adjustments or repairs
– Incorrect or careless use (short circuit, incorrect connection)
– Damage due to incorrect connection
– Removed seals or barcodes
