Placing an order is very easy; immediately after you have filled in the order form, you will receive an order confirmation by email listing all the important details. Of course, it is also possible to order products by phone or to pick them up at our location in Almere.

Payment and delivery methods
There are several ways to receive your ordered products. When placing your order, you can choose from the following payment and delivery options:

iDEAL, Klarna, Credit Card, Bancontact, or pay later and bank transfer via IBAN.

Pick up in Almere
If you wish to pick up your order in Almere, you must pay in cash or by card. You can make an appointment by phone or by sending an email.

Delivery time
Audiovolt.nl delivers all its products immediately after payment. If you order and pay before 4:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. We work with PostNL; the goal is for orders placed before 4:00 PM to be delivered the next day, but we remain dependent on PostNL’s services. We ship our packages from Monday to Friday.

In the unlikely event that something is out of stock, we will contact you; 95% of our products are in stock.

Warranty
All our products come with a legal warranty. Should any problems arise, we will always try to resolve them quickly.
