Internal Sales Representative / Commercial Assistant (24 – 40 hours)

From our combined store and webshop, we are the leading specialist in car multimedia and accessories. Think of advanced navigation systems, reversing cameras, high-quality audio solutions, seamless mounting panels, and a wide range of other car accessories.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you are the driving force behind our customer relationships and sales. You are the first point of contact for our customers and know how to convince them with your enthusiasm and product knowledge. Whether it’s in our store in Almere, over the phone, or via email, you know how to translate the customer’s wishes into the perfect solution. No day is predictable, and that’s exactly what makes it so interesting! You will work closely with a team of 7 enthusiastic colleagues.
Your focus will be on:
- Active sales and professional advice to customers in our store in Almere.
- Commercial customer contact via phone and email
- Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing ideas for promotions to boost sales.
- Managing the after-sales process and solving technical questions (with support).
- Handling complaints and returns in a customer-friendly way, with an eye for a positive solution.
What do you bring to Audiovolt?
- A commercial drive and a customer-oriented mindset
- You have a completed education
- You are positive, energetic, and enjoy thinking in solutions.
- You can perform excellently both independently and as part of a team.
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a flexible attitude.
- An affinity for cars is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

- Working days from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
- A 7-month contract with the intention of extension based on good performance.
- We are looking for someone for at least 3 days (24 to 40 hours per week).
