Types of personal data and storage period
Your personal data is processed for administrative reasons, such as but not limited to processing orders and shipping products. Your email address is also requested via the quote. The email address is needed to get in touch with you, but also for sending newsletters. If you do not wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To do this, you can contact Audiovolt via [email protected]. Personal data is stored for a period of 1 year after the termination of the agreement between you and Audiovolt, excluding data mentioned in documents that Audiovolt must retain under fiscal retention obligations. This data is kept for 7 years.

Transfer to third parties

Personal data is processed by companies engaged by Audiovolt to execute the agreement or who otherwise perform work for Audiovolt. This could include Audiovolt’s accountant, for example.

Your personal data will also be shared with third parties if Audiovolt is required by a legal obligation to pass your personal data to competent authorities.
