Warranty

Warranty means that you can expect the supplier of a product to guarantee the quality and proper functioning of the delivered product during the agreed warranty period. Audiovolt guarantees that the items to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for them and are free from any defects whatsoever.
After receiving the product, it will generally be replaced or repaired for you as soon as the specified defect has been established by our Technical Department.

Voiding the warranty
Please keep in mind that user errors resulting in defects can void the warranty. Therefore, please also pay attention to our instructions regarding ‘returns’ to avoid damage during transport.

Examples where the warranty is voided:

• if changes have been made in or to the product, including repairs that were not carried out with the permission of Audiovolt or the manufacturer.
• if defects are the result of use that does not correspond with the intended purpose or improper use.
• if damage has occurred due to intent, gross negligence, or negligent maintenance.
• Defective components due to an incorrect power supply:
  Traces of smoke and short circuits on components (motherboard, hard disk, memory, etc.) indicate that they have been connected incorrectly. In this case, the warranty is also voided.
• Damaged or removed seals:
  Seals, barcodes, warnings, or other stickers applied to the product that have been broken or removed lead to the voiding of the warranty.
